Every day on Crew looks a little different, but there is always a rhythm to it.
Morning on the Lake
The day starts early. By 7am most crew members are up, some heading to the dock, others starting breakfast in the lodge kitchen.
Afternoon Work
Work assignments vary — trail maintenance, waterfront, kitchen, housekeeping. Everyone pitches in, and the work is part of the fellowship.
"The work is what keeps us grounded. There is something about sweeping a porch together that makes everything else make sense."
By dinner the whole crew is back together. Then comes the evening — fire, music, sometimes a game, always conversation.
